Home Brew

well, our part is done for the brewing day. Its now up to the little yeast fellas to do their work. It was a lot of fun to brew, and I look forward to the next step. Oddly enough, I got home and was craving some hops. The fat tire I’m currently sipping is hitting the spot. I will say though, I feel like am tasting more flavors than I ever have. My eyes have been opened. Can’t wait to taste our beer.
